Founder & Executive Director
Jawann Johnson
Jawann Johnson is the founder and Executive Director of KEYS Academy, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering inner-city youth in Indianapolis through mentorship, workforce development, and life skills programs. Growing up on the east side of Indianapolis, Jawann witnessed the challenges faced by youth in under-resourced communities and developed a passion for creating pathways to success. With extensive experience leading programs for justice-involved and opportunity youth, Jawann combines hands-on leadership, strategic vision, and a commitment to community-driven solutions to ensure youth have the tools, skills, and opportunities to thrive.

Jon Johnson
Jon Johnson is passionate about working with youth and adults, particularly those in the justice system, to create a more equitable and inclusive future. Jon’s goal is to use his experience in non-profit organizations to create meaningful change for those affected by incarceration and health disparities. Jon is a member of The Exchange at the Indianapolis Urban League, a young professionals’ chapter of the National Urban League. He graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Marketing and Management. When not working, Jon enjoys traveling, listening to music, and being involved in sports. Jon believes that through education and advocacy, we can create a more just and equitable society for all.

Albert Brownlee
Albert Brownlee is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate leadership, governance, and organizational transformation. He specializes in aligning business strategy with employee engagement, culture development, and operational excellence. Albert serves as the Senior Pastor of Come As You Are Community Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he leads with a focus on faith, service, and community impact. He holds a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and is deeply committed to advancing socioeconomic investment, equity, and cross-functional collaboration through both his professional and pastoral work.

Dorian McCarroll
Dorian McCarroll is a passionate digital strategist and community connector based in Indianapolis. With a focus on social media management and public engagement, Dorian leverages digital platforms to build trust, share critical resources, and amplify local voices. She is committed to using marketing tools to inform, inspire, and mobilize communities. Her expertise in storytelling, branding, and community outreach makes her a vital voice in spaces dedicated to youth empowerment and social equity.

Konah Williams
Konah Williams is an Emmy Award-Winning Creative Producer and Strategic Communications professional with a passion for mission-driven storytelling. She brings over a decade of experience in developing campaigns, media content, and brand strategies that amplify impact for nonprofits and social change initiatives. Known for her ability to craft compelling narratives and build authentic community engagement, Konah uses her creative expertise to elevate voices and drive action. Her work centers Black culture, equity, and innovation, making her a valuable advocate for youth-centered and community-based organizations.

Tina Seymour
Tina Seymour is the Founder and Executive Director of Strategic Learning Solutions, where she partners with K–16 leaders to design mission-aligned systems that drive student achievement and sustainable school improvement. With a Master of Science in Educational Administration and a proven track record in school turnaround and instructional leadership, Tina brings deep experience in transforming underperforming schools into models of excellence. Her work centers equity, instructional coaching, climate audits, and capacity-building across all levels of school leadership. A former principal and district leader, Tina is committed to helping educators move from fragmented efforts to whole-system impact.

Dominique Bryant
Dominique Bryant is a cybersecurity professional and passionate youth advocate from the inner city of Indianapolis. With deep roots in the community and firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by justice-impacted youth, Dominique brings both technical expertise and lived experience to the forefront of his work. He has a strong background in education and mentorship, having served as a teacher in Indianapolis public schools. Dominique is a committed champion for equity, empowerment, and the advancement of Black communities, using his voice and platform to open doors for the next generation.

Mustapha Baryoh
Mustapha Baryoh is a seasoned finance leader and current Associate Director at UnitedHealth Group, where he oversees operations and strategy within the ULE division. A proud Eastside Indianapolis native, Mustapha brings over a decade of experience in financial management, corporate planning, and performance analysis. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and is deeply committed to advancing equity, particularly in Black communities. Having personally experienced the challenges of over-policing as a teen, Mustapha is passionate about creating pathways for youth to thrive. His blend of professional expertise and personal purpose makes him a powerful force for sustainable impact.

Paris Walton is a seasoned Public Outreach and Education Manager with over a decade of experience in education-based leadership and program management. She specializes in designing and implementing impactful outreach initiatives that advance civil rights and deepen community engagement. Paris brings a strong background in strategic planning and partnership development, having led efforts that improved public awareness and increased student success across diverse communities. Her dedication to equity, education, and systemic change makes her an invaluable advocate for youth empowerment and civic advancement.
